We can give you that outside space you have always wanted to spend those cool summer nights outdoors whether it be a deck or three season room.
Are you tired of city permit departments rejecting your plans? Are you fed up with builders not understanding what you're looking to achieve for your deck, basement, addition, remodel or new home?
At Shere Deck and Basement Design, I will help you translate your ideas for your Basement Finish, Deck, Addition, Remodel, or New Home into easy to read plans so both your builder and City Permit Department can precisely understand your building plans for your new construction project. From experience in drawing plans for houses and now working in a City Permit department, I know how difficult it can be to translate on paper what you're wanting to build and understanding the details the Permit Department is requiring within your plans, that is where we are here to help. We will convey the information on to easy to read and detailed plans for you so there is no questions as to what exactly it is you are looking to accomplish. If you buy a plan from an online plan service we can also adapt it or redraw it to Omaha, Bellevue, Lincoln, Papillion, La Vista or surrounding areas codes for you. Also we can e-mail rough PDF’s throughout the stages so you can see the progress and tweak items in the drawing as we go, making it a smoother experience for you as the consumer as you can print off the PDF, make any changes you would like right on the drawing, scan them in and send them back so that everyone is on the same page. That eliminates a lot of the hassle of trying to describe what it is you are trying to change or do while just looking at the drawing. We are here to make getting the drawings for your new project as easy and enjoyable as possible without all of the run around and confusion. If you are also looking at a plan and would like an estimate done on it, whether your a seasoned builder, just starting out, or a home owner we will do an estimate for you and for home owners we can obtain rough cost per square foot from four local builders so you have four different estimates to look through and decide on.
